HOW WE PRODUCE OUR GARMENTS

Our garments are made in the USA by trained artisans. Each artisan is treated fairly and we provide a safe, creative environment for production.


We are not a "run of the mill" sewing company. Nor do we order huge factory productions from overseas and sell through any sales channel in hopes of depleting inventory and turning a profit. Instead, we work with people who care about quality, craftsmanship, and personal development.


We offer our artisans FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING, SAME DAY PAY, and ONGOING TRAINING.

Are you qualified?

We offer free training in different areas of sewing. To qualify for our artisan positions, schedule for one of our "ARTISAN TRAINING" sessions. We suggest you sign up for as many training sessions as you can. This will give you opportunity to select different shifts and make more money.

HOW TO WORK FOR US AS AN ARTISAN

You are not just working for a fashion company but you are working for a company that believes in personal development and financial security. 


Each artisan can select which job they would like to work for their shift. We suggest you sign up for our text messages. Once jobs are available, we will post them on our booking page and text you right away. At that time, you will be able to select from a list of available shifts and jobs.

If you decide you can work a shift and the location is good for you, go ahead and select the shift.  

Shifts will go fast! 


SIDENOTE: The more artisan training sessions you take, the more shifts you qualify to work.

TIP

At this point, double check the shift AND location you signed up for. Selecting a location you can't attend takes away from the ones that can attend that location.

Your email address is important!

To start the booking process, please make sure you enter your correct email address. You will receive a confirmation by email once your booking is complete. Check your spam folders if you don't receive your confirmation within 10 minutes. Our booking software will not allow you to continue booking your shift until you enter a valid email address.

TIP

Use an email address that you check often.  To ensure that your email confirmations will not go to your spam folder, please add "mail@bookwhen.com" to your list of contacts.

Your full name and cell phone number are requirements to complete your booking. 


You will receive a quick text or call 24 hours before your scheduled shift reminding you of your time commitment. At this time, you can confirm your attendance or cancel your shift without penalty.

Cancel Your Shift

We understand life circumstances and things can happen beyond our control. You can cancel your shift up to 24 hours before your scheduled time WITHOUT penalty.

Your booking is complete!

You will receive a booking number and email confirmation once your booking is complete. Keep this email confirmation for your reference. If you forget your shift details, send us a quick email or text with your name and email address. We will find your booking details and send it to you again.v

The email confirmation with booking details serves as your ticket to get into the production area. Please make sure you use the same name you used during the artisan training session.
